Butter chicken curry
Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets - 1kg
- butter chicken curry paste (tomato and tamarind) - 1 cup
- thick natural yoghurt - 2/3 cup
- garlic cloves, crushed - 4
- ghee (see note) or olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- cinnamon stick - 1
- can tomato puree - 425g
- Vegeta Chicken Stock Powder - 1 teaspoon
- water - 1/2 cup
- thickened cream - 1/3 cup
- green onions, sliced, to serve - 4
- naan bread, to serve

Look for butter chicken curry paste in the international section of your supermarket. Note 2: Ghee is clarified
